Schools, Makers, and Small Manufacturers

Material for Learning and Production

Skateboard building can combine wood science, product design, manufacturing, graphics, machining, finishing, and quality control. We supply veneer for individual builders as well as organized programs and production shops.

Schools and Educational Programs

Before ordering for a class, determine the number of students, number of decks per student, planned layup, mold capacity, press cycle, available class time, supervision, adhesive requirements, cutting and sanding equipment, and safety controls.

  • Order additional material for demonstrations and mistakes.
  • Separate face material from internal plies before class.
  • Prepare written layup diagrams.
  • Plan adhesive work around its actual working time.
  • Provide trained supervision for presses and machinery.
  • Review ventilation, dust collection, and personal protective equipment.

Makers and First-Time Builders

Begin with a documented construction and a small controlled test. A successful-looking press is not the end of evaluation. Trim, drill, sand, finish, and inspect the sample before repeating the process.

Small Manufacturers

For production use, consistency and records matter. Identify material by lot or delivery, maintain stable storage, inspect sheets before layup, control adhesive spread, document press cycles, and retain test samples when appropriate.

Bulk and Recurring Orders

Volume programs may include scheduled purchasing, standard pack configurations, freight delivery, grade allocation, and color planning. Contact us with expected usage and specifications so the request can be evaluated.

Purchase Documentation

Schools, public agencies, and established businesses may require quotes, purchase orders, resale documentation, or vendor forms. Contact us before ordering when administrative approval or special documentation is required.
